In 2020, this then Fresno County Sheriff, Jacob Woesner, falsified a confession in a fraudulent police report, stating that I had admitted to committing a crime, that he was on scene at. This person has deeply impacted my life and is responsible for my wrongful conviction. I have since found another victim. In 2022, 2 years after Jacob Woenser, falsified the confession against me, Jacob Woesner falsified another police report, with another falsified confession. This falsified confession resulted in this other victims wrongful conviction with a 2 and a 1/2 year wrongful incarceration. Finding this other victim has been bittersweet.

In 2022, the other victim was pulled over by Jacob Woesner. After pulling this other victim over Jacob Woesner ran the victim's criminal history. (When testifying on the falsified police report in Federal Court Jacob Woesner stated that he ran the criminal history check after a firearm was found which was proven to be a lie by the CAD report.) Jacob Woesner aware of the victim's criminal history conducted an illegal search of the vehicle that the victim was driving. Jacob Woesner then falsified his police report, to cover up the illegal search, stating that this victim consented to the vehicle search. Jacob Woesner then falsified a confession against this victim, just as he did with me. The other victim filed a Motion to Suppress hearing addressing that the police report was falsified along with his statements. With the other victim's criminal history, and the fact that a police officer's testimony holds more weight, the other victim lost the hearing. Jacob Woesner who conducted an illegal search, falsified his police report, and falsified a confession against this victim, was the one believed. This victim who was not being believed was then forced to go along with the falsified police report, and face less prison time, as opposed to a significant prison sentence.

I sat on this other victims couch and sobbed.

I have filed to Police Officer Standards and Trainings because it is now so much bigger than my wrongful conviction, and the other victims wrongful conviction, and their 2-and 1/2-year wrongful incarceration. I now realize that EVERY single case that this officer has been involved in needs to be reopened, with a focus on "confessions".

So this has now been forwarded to the Fresno County Sheriff from Police Officer Standards and Trainings to investigate. And here is why I am here. The Fresno County Sheriff Internal Affairs is busy covering ...er "investigating" this. If you have been victimized I am leaving you a space to reach out here so that you may start the process of your healing journey as I don't trust that Internal Affairs is actually pulling this officers cases.

As far as Jacob Woesner, both myself and this other victim have had our lives and mental health deeply impacted by an utterly corrupt police officer. I know that the Fresno County Sheriff will not stand behind a police officer that needs to be decertified, as that would be ethically against Police Officer Standards and Trainings standards, its against what the badge stands for, and its against what the Fresno County Sheriff stands for. You do NOT falsify confessions against the public resulting in wrongful convictions and wrongful incarcerations.
